Christmas Dinner bon bons (sage, sausage meat and cranberry) served with crispy pancetta and spicy sprout slaw

Marinated grilled halloumi with carrot and orange salad, toasted pumpkin seeds and beetroot dressing (GF)

Champagne cured salmon with celeriac and fennel salad, oatcakes and white balsamic vinaigrette (GF – optional)

Clava brie, orange and cranberry salad with toasted pine nuts and cider vinegar dressing (GF)

Roasted Crown of Turkey, thyme roasted new potatoes, pigs in blankets, haggis and sausage meat stuffing, sage gravy and a cranberry compote (GF optional)

Honey and Arran mustard Glazed Gammon with curried potato salad, fennel and fresh watercress (GF)

Fillet of Sea Trout on a pea and mint risotto with crumbled feta cheese (GF)

Slow cooked Venison, bramble and baby onion casserole with beetroot mash (GF)

Pan fried fillet of Seabass, crushed new potatoes, samphire and a king prawn and mussel broth (GF)

Sweet potato and pumpkin Gnocchi with sage, blue cheese and toasted pine nuts

All of the above served with maple glazed carrots, red onions, braised red cabbage and roasted Brussel sprouts
